• Where can I get a student license?

  For schools where the formal SW donation process is completed, licenses will be provided to
  professors or the department office. students will receive instructions regarding license distribution
  from the professor of the course where they will be using the MIDAS software.

• How long is the license valid for?

  The license is valid for one year from the date of distribution. If an extension is needed for student licenses,
  you can apply for an extension through the professor or the department office.

• Is there a separate version of the product (or installation file) available for MacBook?

  MIDAS software is designed to run on the Windows operating system. If you are using a Mac computer,
  you will need to install Windows through Boot Camp or virtualization software in order to run our software.

• My school is not on the list. What should I do?

  To request the donation, follow these steps:
  1. Start by asking your professor if they are aware of the MIDAS SW donation program.
  2. If they aren't aware, suggest that such a program exists and propose the idea of exploring the possibility of receiving the donation for your school.
  3. If there's interest from multiple individuals or if the software could be genuinely useful for your classes, it's advisable to formally request the donation.
  Remember, the key is to ensure that the donation would be beneficial for the school and its students, and involving multiple people can strengthen the case for the donation request.
